Trapezoidal screw: The trapezoidal screw is named after its trapezoidal cross-section. Its transmission efficiency is about 26 to 46%, but due to sliding friction, the temperature rise during operation is large, and it is not suitable for high-speed transmission. The trapezoidal screw has a certain self-locking property, but it has a low service life and usually requires cleaning and lubrication.

Ball screw: The ball screw is composed of a screw, a nut, a steel ball, a prepress, a reverser, and a dust protector. Due to its small friction loss, high transmission efficiency (generally up to 90-96%), and high precision production equipment, it is suitable for high-speed and micro-feed. The ball screw cannot be self-locked and has the reversibility of transmission.

Timing belt: The timing belt is made of steel wire rope or glass fiber as a strong layer, and the outer cover is made of polyurethane or rubber. The inner circumference is made of toothed pulleys, which mesh with toothed pulleys. The timing belt transmission is accurate, stable, and has low noise. It is suitable for low-speed transmission, easy maintenance, and does not require lubrication.

Electric push rod: The electric push rod is small in size, large in thrust, and has good self-locking performance. It is directly driven by the motor and does not require the gas source and oil circuit of the pipeline. It is suitable for civilian fields such as ventilation window opening and stage.

Electric cylinder: The electric cylinder is a modular product that integrates the servo motor and the lead screw. It adopts closed-loop servo control, which has high control accuracy, low noise and high rigidity.
