故障现象
一台约克螺杆机YS机组原来是使用第二代轴封，更换第三代轴封后，在机组运行负荷到60%时，出现“油过滤器压力过低”故障。
检查过程
该机组原运行参数正常，但由于轴封使用多年，磨损漏油需要更换。更换轴封后，轴封不再漏油，但开机运行后发现油压较低，在机组运行负荷到60%时，出现“油过滤器压力过低”故障保护停机。检查机组各阀门都在正常的开关位置，机组参数除油压偏低外都正常，重新将轴封拆出检查安装方法和位置都没有发现异常，将轴封的外筒换回旧的，重新开机，机组油压又正常了。
故障原因
后来再次拆出轴封检查，发现新轴封的外筒的喷油环在安装时没有到位（此喷油环原已安装在轴封套件的外筒内），怀疑是由于喷油环未完全到位，造成进入到轴封的油由此间隙泄漏，油量增大，油压不足。经将喷油环安装到位后，油压恢复正常。
